Welcome to Tylney Hall, a delightful country house hotel set in 66 acres of historic gardens and parkland in the depths of Hampshire.
With superb accommodation, excellent food and comprehensive leisure and meetings facilities including a health spa, indoor and outdoor swimming pools and all-weather tennis courts, Tylney Hall is the perfect place to get away from it all, with a team building event or meeting venue that is sure to impress.

Tylney Hall is a Grade II listed mansion with beautiful gardens of significant historic interest. Stroll along the Vista lined with giant redwoods – it offers the longest, uninterrupted view of the Hampshire countryside; inhale the heady fragrance in the Rose Garden; trail your fingers in the exquisite Water Gardens; and enjoy the view of the lake from the boathouse bridge.

The current house dates from 1898 and served as a hospital during the First World War, later becoming a private school. Today, it’s one of England’s most comfortable and characterful country house hotels. There are 112 bedrooms, all luxuriously furnished and decorated. Many have stunning views of the grounds and some have four-poster beds and spa baths. Tylney is conveniently located only five minutes from the M3, making us an ideal venue for a meeting venue close to London.
Conferencing:For the business user the Tylney provides twelve very individual meeting venues in the one destination from the Hampshire suite, a self-contained business area with its own private garden, a number of stunning meeting rooms in the main house to the impressive baronial style Tylney Suite with oak paneling a stage and minstrel’s gallery. All rooms and bedrooms have broadband and or Wi-Fi Internet access.
Dining:Offering superb innovative menus complemented by a fine wine cellar is the award winning Oak Room Restaurant, with its roaring fire, oak paneling and distinctive dome ceiling.
