Spectra Telecom Training is a leading telecommunications and IT training Solutions Company and is part of the Spectra Group. Spectra TT was established to train ex-forces personnel how to transfer existing military skills and use them within the commercial sector. In the main these skills have provided a depth of knowledge to those who wish to deploy to hostile environments but have also been applied to those working within the commercial sector.
Spectra TT is made up of skilled and hardworking professionals each focussing within their own specific areas of expertise. The courses are a mixture of theory and practical activities with the emphasis being on the practical application. Spectra firmly believe that the most effective form of training is based in the practice and our courses are designed around this principle through the use of simulations and scenarios, based upon ‘real life’ experiences.

Spectra TT instructors are all highly experienced in their fields. They include former SF Communicators, ex-regular forces communications engineers and former UN technicians.
