The company has been in operation for over 16 years providing an unbiased venue finding service for UK conference organisers and in particular for public sector clients including NHS, Department of Health, Ofsted, DfES, L.S.C., ODPM and Home Office as well as national charities and associations.
There are several hundred organisations now using our conference services for events ranging from small director board meetings to major international conferences. Over the years, we have booked venues for thousands of events; some of which have been attended by members of the royal family, cabinet ministers and TV celebrities.
Venues range from hotels and training centres to castles, stately homes, museums, boats, sporting grounds and other unusual venues. Our aim is to locate the most suitable venue for each client’s particular specification at the best available rate in the shortest possible time.

HOW THE SERVICE WORKS
One call to Conference Search with details of your requirements will enable us to commence a search.
Using our considerable venue knowledge and experience we will shortlist the best venues to suit your individual needs.
These venues will be presented to you along with room plans, brochures, detailed costings and venue information.
Through our contacts in the industry and the significant amount of business placed on behalf of hundreds of different clients, we will negotiate the best rates available on your behalf.
We can arrange site inspections for you, which can be accompanied, if preferred and provide suggestions for external gala dinner venues, social programmes, etc.
If you would like to confirm one of the venues, we will draw up an outline confirmation, showing dates, rates, etc.; a copy of which is sent to the venue and a copy to yourself.
You will be in direct contact with the venue and nearer the date you will tie up more detailed arrangements such as timings, menu requirements, accurate numbers etc. We will be available for any assistance should you require this.
After the event, you will be invoiced by the venue, which you will settle directly with the venue.
Our service is without charge and we receive the normal agent’s commission paid by the venue regardless of the discounts which have been offered to you. Your savings can also be counted in terms of time and cost in telephoning venues for availability leaving you free to concentrate on the organisation of the event and other core activities.

DELEGATE REGISTRATION SERVICE
Conference Search also offers a conference administration service including delegate registration, on-line booking facility, accommodation booking service, organisation of audio visual equipment, payment facility as well as on-site management and stewarding service.
TEAM BUILDING AND INCENTIVES
Conference Search will also assist with the organisation of team activities and will match creative ideas with the budget and specification.
